Charity Policy
We receive a large number of requests for donations and prizes and although we would love to support all of the worthy causes, we unfortunately have to limit the number we can support.
This year we have two main charities which we have chosen to support:

Donation Criteria:
We also consider requests on a case by case basis, although we require at least one month’s written notice of your event on charity headed paper.
We also request that you let us know how the event went and the amounts raised in writing either by post or via a posting on our facebook page.

In relation to the donations we make the organisations we support must fall within the following criteria. The organisation must:
- Show that they are a registered charity or an organisation with charitable objectives
- Be based in the UK and meet the needs of local communities
- Demonstrate that they have maintained up to date financial records and/or are financially sound
- Show that their projects meet a local need and/or have a relationship with one of our businesses.
Exclusions:
We will not fund charities or organisations to:
- Provide expeditions or adventure travel for individuals
- Restore historic buildings
- Support political causes
- Sponsor sporting events
- Promote religious ideas or views
- Fund year-end deficits.
